Keun-Woo Park
He received his B.S. degree at the Department of Electrical Engineering
of Seoul National University in 1998. And now he is a graduate member in MiSA(Micro
Sensors and Actuators) lab. He had worked also in KIST(Korea Institute for Science
& Technology) till August, 1999. During that time, he had worked on the
design and fabrication of uncooled Infrared bolometers using vanadium oxide.
Now, he works on the design and fabrication of the mirror for optical pickup
head with Chon JoongHyun. Optical MEMS are his main interests.
