Oral & Poster Presentations
Oral Session
Each invited
speaker (see below for the list) has 30 min for the presentation. Otherwise,
each speaker has 15 min for presentation (including Q. & A.) using a power
point. The meeting room is equipped with PCs and one beam projector. Before the start of the session where they are presenting,
speakers should take their electronic presentations on a memory stick to the PC
operator in the room.
Poster Session is scheduled on 15th (Wednesday) afternoon. Posters should be prepared in portrait mode with maximum
dimensions 100 cm wide x 120 cm long. All posters should be put up before the
start of afternoon session on Oct 15th , 2008. Authors should attend
their posters during the poster session, 16:30-18:30 on Wednesday. Posters
should be taken down after the poster session. The Best student poster was presented at the Banquet on Oct 16th.
